Q: Do We Accept Your Insurance? A: For your
convenience, we will be happy to submit claims to your insurance company. However, we will require you to pay for your initial
visit on the day of service. We will then reimburse you whatever amount your insurance company covers when we receive
that amount, which is usually within 30 days. As an additional courtesy for established patients who have dental insurance,
we will only ask you to make the estimated co-payment (if any) at the time of service.
Q: Where is your
office located? A: We are located just a couple of miles East of the Valley Mall, off Rt. 33 East. From I-81,
take Exit 247, Rt. 33 East. Proceed past Valley Mall a couple of miles until you come to the intersection of Massanetta Springs
Road, where you will see a Quarles gas station on your right. Turn Right onto Massanetta Springs Road, then make an immediate
Left onto Quarles Court. Our building is the first one on the right, at 4030 Quarles Court.
Q: Are you accepting
new patients? A: Yes.
Q: Do you see children/how young? A: Yes, from age 3.
Q: How much do you charge for _____________? A: It is difficult to predict how much any given procedure
might cost until the dentist actually examines you. We recommend that you choose a dentist that you trust and feel comfortable
with in order to get the best diagnosis and treatment. It’s important to keep in mind, too, that there is often more than
one treatment option, so it’s really important to choose someone like Dr. Dunaway who will go over the options with you.
Q: What if I need dental work but can’t afford it? A: Because we are committed to helping you
achieve a bright, beautiful and healthy smile, our office is pleased to offer the Citi Health Card program. This program
offers low monthly payments and flexible payment plan options, and the application is incredibly quick and easy. We can help
